Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the conditions of use, procedures and procedures for all services (hereinafter “Services”) provided by Bmedi Mock Exchange (hereinafter “Exchange”), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of users and the Exchange.

Article 2 (Definition)
1. “Mock exchange” refers to a virtual platform where you can experience trading using virtual assets.
2. “User” refers to a member who accesses a mock exchange and uses the services provided by the exchange in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3. “Virtual asset” refers to an asset represented by a digital code that has no real value and is considered separate from assets in the real market.

Article 3 (Provision and change of services)
1. The exchange provides the following services:
- Simulated trading function for virtual assets
- Providing market data analysis and statistics
- Trading strategy simulation
2. The exchange may change the contents of the services it provides depending on operational or technical needs. In this case, the contents of the changed service and the date of provision will be announced in advance.

Article 4: Provision of personal information to third parties
Bmedi does not provide users' personal information to third parties. However, exceptions are made when the user consents or when it must be provided based on laws and regulations.

Article 5: Destruction of personal information
Bmedi destroys personal information without delay after the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved. Destroyed personal information is processed securely so that it cannot be recovered or restored.

Article 6: Maintaining the safety of personal information
ENTT Wallet takes technical, managerial, and physical security measures to protect users' personal information. We strive to safely manage users' personal information and protect it from leakage, alteration, and damage.

Article 7: User rights
Users can exercise their rights to access, modify, delete, and restrict use of their personal information at any time. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
